Evaluation of a Food Intake Modification for Lung Cancer Patients

Summary:

This study evaluates a diet modification in adults undergoing chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer. Half of participants will modify their diet, while the other half will continue to eat their habitual diet.

Trial Description

Primary Outcome:

  • change in computed tomography-derived muscle mass
Secondary Outcome:
  • change in strength
  • change in physical performance
  • tumour response to therapy
  • treatment-induced toxicity
  • change in quality of life
  • change in inflammatory status
